Located on the ECMC campus, the Family Health Center is a PCMH Level 3 Certified Clinic, offering access to a diverse group of physicians for primary care and family medicine.

Here, families—including children, adults and seniors—have easy access to a variety of physicians, including family physicians, pediatricians and geriatric specialists for senior care. In addition, our Family Health Center is a training site for family residents from the University at Buffalo.

We offer a full range of medication treatment and management and with your primary care and behavioral health providers, acting as a treatment collaborator. We perform procedures on Tuesday evenings. The procedures include, but are not limited to, colposcopies, shoulder/knee injections, abscess incision and drainage, Nexplanon, skin tag removal, and punch biopsies.

Our primary care and behavioral health providers offer a full range of medication treatment and management, acting as a treatment provider.

We also work with the UBMD Primary Care’s Addiction Medicine clinic, which offers clinical evaluation in an outpatient setting. 

Our doctors are on call 24 hours a day, and our patients can also always speak to a nurse by phone during business hours to discuss any health questions and concerns.
