UBMD Primary Care is one of 16 medical practices in UBMD Physicians’ Group, the single largest medical group in Western New York. Our physicians are family medicine providers, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine to treat patients ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics. Our physicians are also faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, teaching the next generation of physicians. NURSE PRACTITIONER/ PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
UBMD Primary Care seeking full time or part time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) for it's Williamsville outpatient clinic. The APP will provide primary and episodic care to patients under the supervision of a physician. Responsible for delivery of quality care to patients, while emphasizing health promotion and/or disease prevention through patient education and coordination of care. Will interpret diagnostic test results, compile and record patient medical data, make diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of patients. The APP prescribes therapy or medication with physician approval, as well as administer or order diagnostic tests such as x-rays, electrocardiograms and lab tests. Graduate of accredited PA or NP program. Current NYS license as PA or NP certified by the NYS Education Department. Minimum of 2 years' experience in health care delivery, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills required. Experience using Allscripts EMR system strongly preferred.
Full time schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Part time schedule would be Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays 8 am to 5 pm. No benefits associated with part time work except pro-rated PTO and ability to participate in the 401k retirement plan. NO HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS!
Full time pay range is $98,000/year to $105,000/year. Part time range is $62,720/year to $67,200/year for .60 FTE.

NURSE PRACTITIONER/ PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT PER DIEM WEEKENDS
UBMD Primary Care seeking a Per diem Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work at the Chemical Dependency unit located at ECMC. Required availability to work at least one weekend per month and a minimum of six (6) hours per shift.
Duties include, but are not limited to, act as part of the care team to perform physical exams, order tests and diagnose and treat substance use disorders on an as-needed basis on weekends only. Daily assignment is based on the needs and acuity of the unit and based on total daily patient census, discharges, admissions and consults as determined by the Lead APP. Will support the Chief of Service and/or other physicians working on the unit, as needed.

UBMD Primary Care seeking Part-Time Patient Services Representative (PSR) to work at busy multi-specialty outpatient clinic located at Conventus Medical Building-1001 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203. Schedule will be Mon through Fri with ability to work one (1) Thursday evening (12:30-8:30 pm) per month on rotation with the other PSR's. FREE PARKING!!

UBMD Primary Care is seeking a part-time Medical Records Clerk. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in maintaining medical records. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience and database management is preferred. Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational and attention-to-detail skills required. Candidates should also have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills required. Hours would be 4 days a week; availability must include Tuesday and Thursdays and will allow for 3 days to work from home. Parking is paid for downtown location.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT
UBMD Primary Care seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for a busy outpatient clinic in downtown Buffalo at the Conventus Medical Office Building. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience working as an MA/MOA, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. Candidates should also have experience in electronic medical records, excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. Schedule will be Monday through Friday with variable office hours as early as 7:00 am and up to 6:00 pm, to be discussed at interview.
Parking is paid for downtown location.
Pay range is $18.50-$20/hour. Full-time 37.5 hours/week. Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screen. AA/EOE
