Did you know we have extended hours? Our offices are open on varying evenings so you can get care when you need it - click the 'Location & Hours' link above for extended hours at your preferred site.
We also reserve spots in our schedule each day for urgent or “sick” visits - we can almost always accommodate sick visits the same day or next day, depending on when you call.
We always have a physician on call to assist our patients with medical advice via telephone 24/7! For urgent medical questions after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, just call the main number for any of our offices.
Great Lakes Integrated Network IPA (GLIN IPA) is Western New York's leading clinically integrated network that partners with many facilities and independent healthcare providers in our community, who work together to achieve the same goals: enhance the patient experience, improve population health, and lower the cost of health care.
Important Changes are Coming to New York Medicaid, Child Health Plus and the Essential Plan!
